Nothing is more personal than the breakdown of a marriage or an inheritance. We know it, and that is why we do not offer generic solutions. When there is a business in the family, a divorce or an inheritance is also a commercial and tax matter: the company must be valued, its tax position understood and its continuity protected while the division is being argued.
